The Cembre B550E is an 18V cordless hydraulic battery crimping tool that offers one-handed operation and superior balance for enhanced control. It incorporates the latest hydraulic crimping technology to improve performance.

With an upgraded hydraulic system, the B550E delivers faster crimping speeds and increased crimping force. This is achieved through a dual-speed mechanism: a quick die approach to the connector followed by a slower, more powerful crimping action.

Weighing in at a manageable size, the Cembre B550E is built for durability, featuring a bi-component plastic molded body that provides exceptional resistance to damage.

Equipped with a maximum pressure sensor, the tool also features an 18V 4.0Ah Li-Ion battery for extended power, producing minimal noise and vibration during operation.

An integrated OLED display provides vital operational data, including crimping force, battery life, tool ID, LED status, number of crimping cycles (both operational and service), and a maintenance reminder to ensure peak performance.

The B550E can accommodate a wide range of crimping dies commonly used with 50kN tools. With the AU55-W adapter, it also accepts “W” dies. The tool comes complete with a spare battery, charger, USB cable, and a plastic carrying case.

Crimping cycle data (up to 200,000 events) is automatically saved on a memory card, which can be transferred to a PC via the USB interface. Designed to be lightweight with improved balance, the Cembre B550E ensures ease of use during crimping, while its bi-component plastic shell offers enhanced durability and resistance to wear.
